What are the Documents Required for NSIC Registration?

  • Copy of acknowledgment of MSME registration
  • Details of plant and machinery along with raw material with the original purchase price
  • Performance Statement of the enterprise.
  • Self-attested copy of the ownership documents of the premises or copy of lease deed.
  • Declaration or Certificate from the Proprietor or Partner or Director whether or not they have any link with large scale unit(s).
  • List of raw materials used and finished goods in stock.
  • Copy of BIS license, (if applicable).
  • Copy of ISO 9000.
  • List of all the technical personnel employed in production and services.
  • The item for which registration is required with detailed specifications.
  • List of quality control measures adopted by the firm for ensuring the quality of raw material.
  • List of all the quality control equipment and testing facilities available in the factory.
  • Copy of the type test report from an independent lab.
  • Latest Electricity Bill Copy of the enterprise.
  • Audited Balance Sheet, examined trading Account and Profit & Loss Account.
  • Account for the last three years duly signed by the authorized person under his seal.
  • A complete Statement showing the Results of Operation for the previous three years duly signed by a Chartered Accountant under his seal.
  • Bankers’ Report providing details of the financial status of the applicant firm as per Performa “F” of the application form.
  • Copy of Permanent Account No or PAN Card.
  • Partnership Deed(if any)
  • Form ’A’ from the Registrar of Firms showing names of the partners (if available).
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

What is the Procedure for NSIC Registration?

Both the manufacturing and service provider enterprises having MSME or Udyog Aadhaar registration are eligible for obtaining NSIC registration. The registration is available in both online and offline mode:

NSIC Registration through Online Mode

  • Log in to the official website of NSIC at  http://www.nsicspronline.com/home.aspx.
  • Select the menu “Online Registration for GP” given on the right side.
  • From that point fill-up, the NSIC Registration form and press save and then proceed.
  • Pay the NSIC Registration fees as recommended.
  • Transfer the filtered pictures of all the endorsements.
  • Finally, press the “submit” tab for the submission of the NSIC Registration Application Form.

NSIC Registration through Offline Mode

  • Download the copy of the NSIC Registration Application Form.
  • Fill the required detail.
  • Small and Medium Scale Enterprises are required to submit a copy of NSIC Application alongside essential charges and reports to Zonal or Branch and Sub Office or Extension office of NSIC.
  • Send the form to the concerned Inspecting office alongside duplicates of required archives and imperative Proofs or Draft or Pay Order of investigation charges for relevant Inspection Agency to do Technical Inspection of Micro and Small Enterprise.

What are the Charges for NSIC Registration?

NSIC Registration Certificate and Its Validity

The certificate will be reviewed and renewed after every two years by verifying continuous Commercial and Technical Competence of the registered Micro & Small Enterprise in the manufacturing or producing stores for which it got registered under NSIC.
