What are the Documents Required for NSIC Registration?

  • Copy of acknowledgment of MSME registration
  • Details of plant and machinery along with raw material with the original purchase price
  • Performance Statement of the enterprise.
  • Self-attested copy of the ownership documents of the premises or copy of lease deed.
  • Declaration or Certificate from the Proprietor or Partner or Director whether or not they have any link with large scale unit(s).
  • List of raw materials used and finished goods in stock.
  • Copy of BIS license, (if applicable).
  • Copy of ISO 9000.
  • List of all the technical personnel employed in production and services.
  • The item for which registration is required with detailed specifications.
  • List of quality control measures adopted by the firm for ensuring the quality of raw material.

  • Copy of the type test report from an independent lab.
  • Latest Electricity Bill Copy of the enterprise.
  • Audited Balance Sheet, examined trading Account and Profit & Loss Account.

  • A complete Statement showing the Results of Operation for the previous three years duly signed by a Chartered Accountant under his seal.

What is the Procedure for NSIC Registration?

NSIC Registration through Online Mode

  • Log in to the official website of NSIC at
  • Select the menu “Online Registration for GP” given on the right side.
