The government of India provides sharing the information about your organization on the public platform, as soon you file annual returns of the Private Limited Company it will be shown on the website by the company master data search. The information on company registration is always available on the official website of the Ministry of corporate affairs and is accessed very easily by the individual. Some services are free and some of them are chargeable.
Firstly, it is critical to understand about MCA. What is MCA? What are the benefits of getting registered on MCA? All these things should be known. MCA means (Ministry of Corporate Affairs). It is a legal entity that is responsible for the company registration and licenses requirements of a company in India. The Authorized capital of the company – It is very important to understand the meaning of the authorized capital. It is the amount raised by a company in its entire life. It represents the maximum amount which can be raised through the sale of its shares. This information about the company can be obtained using the data of MCA.
Paid up capital of the company – The capital that company issues or in other words, the money received by the company. This information about the paid-up capital of a company can be obtained using the data of MCA.
Date of incorporation – The date on which the company has been incorporated. Incorporation legally declares a company as a separate legal entity.
Directors of the Company – The complete name of the partners as well as the directors are given online on the website of MCA and can be retrieved.
