RERA was introduced in the year 2016. RERA was implemented with a view to bring transparency and accountability in the real estate sector. There are a few registration fees that are required in RERA. It includes RERA Registration fees for Real estate agent registration etc.

Rs. 10 per square meter – For projects where the area of land proposed to be developed do not exceed 1000 meters. Rs. 500 per 100 square meter – For projects where the area of land proposed to be developed exceeds 1000 square meters.
Rs. 20 per square meter – For projects where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed 1000 square meters. Rs. 1000 per 100 square meter – For projects where the area of land proposed to be developed exceeds 1000 square meters.
For a group housing project

Delhi
Rs. 5 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed 1000 square meters Rs. 10 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed exceeds 1000 square meters, but shall not be more than Rs. 5 Lakhs.
Rs. 10 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed 1000 square meters Rs. 15 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed exceeds 1000 square meters, but shall not be more than Rs. 7 Lakhs.
Rs. 20 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed does not exceed 1000 square meters Rs. 25 per square meter for projects where the area of land proposed to be developed exceeds 1000 square meters, but shall not be more than of Rs. 10 Lakhs.
Rs. 5 per square meter, but shall not be more than Rs. 2 Lakh
Authenticated copy PAN / Aadhar Card No. / DIN of Real Estate Agent / Partners / Directors, as the case may be.
Brief details of the enterprise including its name, registered address of the place of business, type of enterprise of proprietorship/societies/partnership /company, as the case may be.
Authenticated copy of Partnership Deed, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, etc.
Photograph of a real estate agent /partners/ Directors
Income tax returns for last 3 financial years preceding the application or in case the applicant was exempted from filing returns in any of the 3 years preceding the application, a declaration to such effect.
Authenticated copy of the proof of address of the principal place of business, number of branch offices if any along with contact details including Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers, and email address.
Details of all real estate projects and their promoters on whose behalf he has acted as a real estate agent in the preceding 5 years
Details of all civil or criminal cases pending against the individual/directors/partners, etc.
Authenticated copies of all letterheads; rubber stamp images, acknowledgment receipts proposed to be used by the real estate agent.
