• Enabletechnical and economic success of the software development projects forcreating Softwareas a Service (SaaS) applications
• Performproject management activities - planning, tracking, monitoring, and delivery -in accordancewith Agile/Lean practices
• Ensureadherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned project(s)
• Ensureeffective use of project resources - people, hardware, software, infrastructureetc.
• Managerequirements of the product, prioritize, break them down into user stories and technicalstories.
• Managerisks and perform risk mitigation activities
• Performstakeholder management and customer engagement activities
• Collectrelevant metrics and drive continuous improvement activities in the project
• Guideand coach team members to achieve common goals of the project includingtechnical

• B.E/B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science
• 5+years of experience in software development projects including experience ofleading projects/modules.
• Mandatoryproject/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications (AWS/Azure)for a minimum of 3 years
• Goodknowledge of the cloud technologies and cloud managed services - AWS &Azure
• Exposureto electrical domain and energy market trends
• Strong project management skills, certifications will have added weightage
• Effectiverisk management & customer interfacing skills
• Strongknowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices
• Abilityto drive positive mindset and culture in the team
• Abilityto understand business needs and translate them into solutions
• Abilityto effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders
