  • The applicant should provide photos of the place, PAN card, ID proof, address proof, copy of sales registration, etc., along with the application form;
  • The institute shall appoint a Vaidya at mega store, and the store operator should provide medical instruments to him. The operator of this megastore should arrange for sitting, drinking, and toilet facilities at the store; and
  • The mega product shall only sell products of Divya Pharmacy, Patanjali Ayurveda, and products approved by the institute.
