Job Description—HR Professional Head

Roles and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Professional Head will be strategic and innovative in translating Enterslice’s vision into HR initiatives that will improve performance and employee engagement. She/he will supervise, direct, monitor, develop, coordinate, and implement all HR teams operations. This position will support,encourage, and motivate employees and provide adequate staff care.

Key Result Areas

The success of this role is measured by the following KRAs

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and timely initiatives aligned with the overall organization vision and program goals resulting in high performance culture and increased employee engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition and Training and Development to ensure quality hiring and equipped staff for meeting program goals in a timely manner.
  • Build strong and professional relationships with all employees, interns and fellows in order to understand them; proactively enhance employee staff care program to build employee resilience and ensure well-being resulting in excellent increased employee satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Provide leadership to the HR staff; ensure that the department achieves its key result areas.
  • Work along with the leadership to mentor teams as required in all aspects of their work, including leadership, strategy development, project development and management, budget management, and personnel management and training.
  • Manage, supervise and coordinate the activities of HR.
  • Assure smooth and professional functioning of the office environment.
  • Oversee the management of human resources, recruitment, staff care, training and development, employee reviews, Payroll, monitoring performance and employee administration.

Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation

  • Plan resource requirement, strategy for hiring of staff (contract and full time) and interns.
  • Develop and implement induction and on-boarding program for new staff and ensure their alignment to the organization vision, mission and program goals.
  • Implement and comply with the laws, conduct audits on compliance and share report with management, take corrective and preventive action as necessary.
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and expenses for each year.

Networking & Partnership

  • Maintain professional relationship with all vendors for Enterslice related to human resource.
  • Interacting or aligning team mate with the consultant if any for recruitment and payment process.
Policies and Procedures
  • Draft and streamline HR best practices on a regular basis.
  • Regularly evaluate HR practices and programs and develop processes accordingly.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures and ensure legal compliance to nurture a positive working environment.
  • Preparing KRA & KPI parameters for HR team..
  • Drafting reimbursement policies for employees visiting department or clients for official work
  • Developing policies for all employees KRA and KPI.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Management, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience as HR Manager.
  • 2-3 years of experience directly into managing teams & taking care of policies formulation and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of excel in depth for managing overall tasks of HR and payroll.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
