The NSE Issues Circular for Submission of Key Management Personnel (KMP) Details

On 16th December 2022, the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) issued a Circular in regard to the submission of Key Management Personnel (KMP) details with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/P/2016/95 issued on 26th September 2016 bearing the subject “Enhanced Supervision of Stock Brokers/Depository Participants”, where the members are required to identify their Key Management Personnel (KMP) along with updating their PAN details on the Exchange Platform.

The NSE stated that, currently, the submission of KMP details and any changes thereof is to be undertaken through the digital portal of the Exchange along with the module related to the submission/updation of Key Management Personnel details has now been migrated from the digital portal to ENIT portal (URL – https://enit.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/; steps through portal – ENIT-NEW-Compliance > Compliance > Key Management Personnel > KMP Details).
