On 29th August 2022, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs published the Companies (Registration of Charges) Second Amendment Rules, 2022 in regard to further amending the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014.
Through the implimentation of this particular amendment, a new rule, Rule 13 has been notified which deals with signing of charge e-forms by insolvency resolution professionals or resolution professionals or liquidators for companies under Resolution or Liquidation.
