On 27th January 2023, the Bombay Stock Exchange issued a Notice in regard to the Early Pay-In (EPI) of funds. The particular Notice was issued in reference to the Early Pay-In (EPI) of funds by the client to the member for the purchase transactions executed by them.
As per the current scenario, Clearing Corporations have provided a facility for Early Pay-In of funds at Clent Level or Client-Security Level. In regard to this, members are advised that, in cases where clients have made an early pay-in of funds, the member shall also mandatorily make an early pay-in of funds to the clearing corporation.
