BSE Notifies in Regard to the Review of the Margin Framework for the Commodity Derivatives Segment

On 03rd March 2023, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) issued a notice in regard to the review of the Margin Framework of the Commodity Derivatives Segment.

The particular notice was issued in reference to the previously issued SEBI Circular No. – SEBI/HO/CDMRD/DRMP/CIR/P/2020/ 15 issued on 27th January 2020, SEBI Circular No. – SEBI/HO/ CDMRD/DRMP/CIR/P/2021/08 issued on 11th January 2021 along with modification of the ICCL Circular No. 20220905-23 issued on 05th September 2022, ICCL has reviewed the categorisation of the commodities based on guidelines stipulated by the SEBI via the aforesaid circular.
