Generally, IPO was introduced for expansion of core business activities of the company or setting up new business activities or project and the consequence of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/enterslice.com\/ipo-support\"><strong>IPO<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;was dilution of promoter shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NSE (National Stock Exchange) Listing Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Listing of securities can be done in either Capital Market or Wholesale Debt Market. There is a NSE Listing procedure to be followed but before that let&rsquo;s look at the eligibility requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic Eligibility Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Company must be registered as a <a href=\"https:\/\/enterslice.com\/public-limited-company\"><strong>Public Company<\/strong><\/a> under Companies Act 1956 or&nbsp;<strong>Companies Act 2013<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Companies_Act_2013\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/li><li>Company should be at least 3 years old and 2 years should be positive net worth<\/li><li>Post issue paid-up capital should not be more than 25 Cr<\/li><li>Documents requirement for NSE Listing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A profile of the promoters and company management.<\/li><li>Company profile with details of project undertaken<\/li><li>Certified Copies of Annual Report for the last 3 years.<\/li><li>Certified Copies of Draft Offer Document.<\/li><li>Certified copies of Memorandum &amp; Articles of Association of the company<\/li><li>5 years projected business plan with the balance sheet, PL &amp; Cashflow<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission of Memorandum and AOA<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It requires that the Articles of Association of the Issuer wanting to list its securities on NSE should be submitted. If any of the provisions in the AOA are not at par with the corporate practice then it has to be removed by making amendments in the AOA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approval of Draft Prospectus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Issuer shall file the draft prospectus and mandatory application forms with National Stock Exchange.
