The following Act, Rules, and regulations are included under cyber laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Information Technology\nAct,2000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information Technology\n(Certifying Authorities) Rules,2000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information Technology\n(Security Procedure) Rules, 2004<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information Technology\n(Certifying Authority) Regulations, 2001<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Indian Evidence Act, 1872<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Bankers Books Evidence\nAct, 1891 <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The penalty under Cyber Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this law, there is a provision for imposition of penalty in case of any non-compliance.
