Your financial statements must not leave any space for the confusion regarding\nthe considerations of Freelancers. You need to give proper clarification on\npayment information with regard to the following grounds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#9679;  Whether you are paying the freelancers on an hourly basis, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#9679;  Whether you are paying them on a work basis, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to finalize upon the form of money before signing of Freelancer Contract which you decide to pay to the freelancer. Moreover, it must also signify the amount of interest or\npenalties which would be levied on the late payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><h3>Confidentiality clause for Freelance Contract<\/h3><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In a freelance\ncontract, you need to add the provision of confidentiality. There is a lot of\ninformation that goes on between the parties available in the agreement. So this\ninformation must not pass on to the third party as it consists of sensitive\ninformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><h3>Privity of a Contract<\/h3><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Privity of\nContract brings out the relationship between the Employer Company and\nfreelancer. It dictates that the employer hires a freelancer as an Independent\nContractor.
