(1) Where–<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(a) a company alters its share capital in any manner specified in sub-section (1)<\/em> of section 61;<\/p>\n\n\n\n (b) an order made by the Government under sub-section (4)<\/em> read with sub-section (6)<\/em> of section 62 has the effect of increasing authorised capital of a company; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n (c) a company redeems any redeemable preference shares,<\/p>\n\n\n\n the company shall file a notice in the prescribed form with the Registrar within a period of thirty days of such alteration or increase or redemption, as the case may be, along with an altered memorandum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/span>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>[(2) where any company fails to comply with the provisions of sub-section\u00a0(1)<\/em>, such company rupees and every officer who is in default shall be liable to a penalty of\u00a0<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>[five hundred rupees] for each day during which such default continues,\u00a0<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span>[subject to a maximum of five lakh rupees in case of a company and one lakh rupees in case of an officer who is in default].]<\/p>\n\n\n\n (1) Where– (a) a company alters its share capital in any manner specified in sub-section (1) of section 61; (b) an order made by the Government under sub-section (4) read with sub-section (6) of section 62 has the effect of increasing authorised capital of a company; or (c) a company redeems any redeemable preference shares, the company shall file a notice […]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":79763,"parent":79755,"menu_order":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[11445],"tags":[1007],"acf":{"service_id":"215"},"yoast_head":"\n
