Public Offer Of Securities To Be In Dematerialised Form"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act,&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) every company making public offer; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) such other class or classes of\u00a0<span id='easy-footnote-1-79937' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/enterslice.com\/learning\/act\/companies-act-2013\/section-29\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-79937' title='The word &amp;#8220;public&amp;#8221; omitted by Act 22 of 2019, s. 7 (w.e.f. 15-8-2019).'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>*** companies as may be prescribed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>shall issue the securities only in dematerialised form by complying with the provisions of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996) and the regulations made thereunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><span id='easy-footnote-2-79937' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/enterslice.com\/learning\/act\/companies-act-2013\/section-29\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-79937' title='Ins. by s. 7, ibid.
