On 08th February 2023, the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) published the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Payment of Fees and Mode of Payment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, further amending the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 1996, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodians) Regulations, 1996 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
The Particular Notification is deemed to be effective from 01st April 2023.
